How study English?

I want to communicate a lot of people in the world. I think that English is an official languade. So, I study English now. It is hard and difficult for me to follow English. I would like to get the ability to understand spoken English. So, I listen to Western music once in a while. I especially like Cyndi Lauper and Paris Hilton. And I watch music video in English sometimes.(71)
